Ok, so I have a 2007 Penny in excellent condition. A few minor bubble style markings, but only really visible under the microscope. One by his mouth, which makes it look like he's blowing a bubble or spitting. What stood out to me was his upper lip. You can see one and very clearly defined. I don't remember seeing this on other coins. Wondering if it's worth grading due to color and definition and also if the lip would make it a variety coin?

Not worth grading. Upper lip looks like a circulation hit.

Those bubbles are just water spots. If anything they lower the value of any coin. The mint is not concerned about quality just quantity.
