I would have to think that with the amount of detail on the obverse of this coin that it would be a very early state or first strike. I could be wrong. Describing a coin as having been struck by an early-stage die cap is non-specific, as a die cap can generate all sorts of incuse and raised images (and sometimes mixtures of the two).
