Given the pics posted, I'd say it falls in the MS64-65+ range, Light ding to the left of the date and and the 1 in 1995, Minor ticks and dings in the vicinity of ONE CENT on on the rims. Could get into the MS66 range if the coin looks better in-hand under natural lighting. Report this Post to the Staff
