I am having all sorts of trouble locating this coin on the world coin gallery web. Any help with IDing it would be appreciated. It is a 1867 coin. I have been looking here https://www.(131231) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed

It's KM#1221. Low grade silver(billon) often looks like copper.

Looks Germany Saxony KM#1221. I think his coin is silver, it is either the coin is toned or the pic is off.

Can't argue with it anymore since there is Nothing similar in design that it could be. Never seen one that looked so non-silverish

That appears to be the coin, thanks. The coin does not look to be silver at all to me?

DCH already said it: many low silver coins look like this. When they are brand new, they look like silver but when used, the silver disappears. It results in a coin looking like copper with a greyish shine on it, just like yours. I also have some of those German States low silver coins: most look exactly like yours.

Don's gallery is his personal coin collection. If it's not on there...then he doesn't own it

It's in a book called a Krause catalog.

There is also a 1901-2001 as well and various categories in the series
