Yikes  This looks just as bad as that counterfeit 1909-S VDB also off center. This (not coin) has that famous burnt metal look just like from China...

If it Chinese, must be 925 Si. All Morgan's from there I find and also buy 'it in China was 925 Si. If so it is 24.79 gr. pure silver 0.8 oz.
