Hi everyone! Newer collector here and I came across this penny. It looks to me like it might be a 009 DDR variety but I'm looking for a second opinion!
Also, it looks like Machine Doubling but it's the most I've ever seen on a single coin. Basically all the letters in the reverse and some can be seen on the 8 and 9 on obverse! Added images for coolness to a newbie factor or maybe it's more than I think it is? Let me know!

Does not look like an RPM to me the MM and lots of other design elements display what look like Die Deterioration

Also, please try to not post up the pixelated images taken from a screen shot of your scope screen
