Possible 1989 D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ? Help A Newbie Out!

It looks to me like it might be a 009 DDR variety but I'm looking for a second opinion! Also, it looks like Machine Doubling but it's the most I've ever seen on a single coin. Basically all the letters in the reverse and some can be seen on the 8 and 9 on obverse! Added images for coolness to a newbie factor or maybe it's more than I think it is? Let me know!
