I got this 1998 p quarter dollar yesterday and it looks like he's got a cigarette hanging from his beak.

The die crack is in a
strange place for sure. Strange enough that I would have never guessed a die crack. It is however, good to know that the national bird of the US doesn't have an addiction problem Thanks guys

Or a die scratch. Die scratches remain strong next to a device/design area. Not a premium for this coin.
