I found this in a storage building clean out

It appears to be lead only mark I can make out is a raised 4

looks like a worn out transit token to me. they were used for bus fare and similar.

Looks like a hem weight. The extra top hole is interesting. They were sewn into the bottom of women's dresses and coats of both genders to also include hanging curtains. They are usually lead or ceramic and numbered as well. I have dug many from detecting.
