My guess is 65RD. In a few years she'll likely be a RB.

actually this one is pretty good. all that chatter on the shoulder and lapel are die related. nice obv strike and really nice reverse with those steps. the chatter and scuffing above ONE CENT is also die related

I love this one. Fields are perfect. Luster is amazing. MS66 for me all day.
Off center strike, rim hit, and the hits on the columns are the deductions that I can see.

I am in no way trying to hijack this thread but do have a question. I looked at a few other MS66RDs and agree the OP coin could well grade 66RD. Okay, take a look at this 1959-D in PCGS MS66RD. It's in ebay's completed listings I found this reverse image. What the heck is going on with the steps? The full listing is linked below the image. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1256986002...9SR8yRyOHDYQ

It's a illusion created by the light and poor jpg compression. The steps cannot be slanted on a strike, impossible.

Off center strike, rim hit, and the hits on the columns are the deductions that I can see. There is one worthy hit just above the eye and a minor tick by the ear. The obverse fields and luster are very nice. The reverse also has a couple of small ticks on D of UNITED and STATES is a little weak. I don't see this as a 67 but I can't see it as less than 66.
