I'm terrible with determining if a coin is cleaned or not - thoughts about this 1804 Bank Dollar? EF/XF details?

It is reasonable to expect that coins such as pictured have been cleaned at some time in the past by an un knowing non numismatic person.
If this coin has been cleaned, it was very many decades ago, and almost all of the evidence has long since been patinated over.

For this reason, I would not be too bothered if it has been cleaned or not.
Coin is in a bit better than the average grade in which these coins are found.

Fine (British grading). Britannia's image a bit flat.

Pleasing coin.

Thank you! That makes sense, and agree, the obverse is nicer than reverse as Britannia has a lot of wear on it.
