1963 Lincoln Cent What Type Of Error Is This?

2foxy Valued Member United States 150 Posts	Posted 02/03/2023 8:22 pm I found this 1963 Lincoln Cent with part of the top lettering on the obverse cut off. Its only the obverse that appears struck off center, the reverse is completely normal. Is there a name for this type of error and is it collectible? Thank you for your help!
