1963 Lincoln Cent What Type Of Error Is This?

I found this 1963 Lincoln Cent with part of the top lettering on the obverse cut off. Its only the obverse that appears struck off center, the reverse is completely normal. Is there a name for this type of error and is it collectible? Thank you for your help!

Looks to be Die Deterioration combined with a very slight misaligned obverse die. Early '60s cents like this are not that uncommon.

I agree with all of the above. DDD and heavy wear.

Anything is collectible if you want it to be. Personally I'd spend it and keep searching.
