Hello can someone help me with this 1968d penny I'm not sure if it has doubling to me it does in God we Trust, on Liberty , and prepunched mint mark but I'm not sure, I'm new to this

In part, I believe we're looking at the classic 'devices touching the rim' condition often seen on 1960s memorial cents--soft design and Die Deterioration. That changed in 1969. Given the pics posted, I'm not seeing any doubling in LIBERTY, or evidence of a repunched min mark.
