What scratch details this coin?

I genuinely didn't know what scratch you meant it's so minor.

In a room with normal lighting you cant see any scratches but under the camera tripod with a macro lens a few inches from the coin and lights right on it you see more details.

I, too, had to spend quite some time to find this "scratch"

If it takes me that long to find it, I like my odds that a grader who is spending 30 seconds to 1 minute looking at it will notice it enough to details the coin.

I'm going to bet that the golden toning will push it to MS66. PCGS always leans north on grade when they see nice toning
