So I haven't come across any coin yet that appears to have 3 eyeballs or eyelids before this is probably not that common since I think it was 3 strikes maybe 4 right?

Can't really determine given the pics posted. I'd probably have a better take if I had the coin in-hand and could examine it with a 10X loupe.

One thing is for sure, it is not triple struck.

If a coin is struck three times, which would be a rarity, it
would affect the whole coin, not just one area. I can see
what you are referring to but with the reflection, it is hard to
say what is causing it. Whatever it is is too minor to add any value to the coin.
