This is what I can see:
On peso sagrado = A Sacred weight / A Sacred peso
S. Josep
Dos llaves = Two keys
Roma 1770 = Rome 1770

Might this be correct?

Id agree with echizento - a religious token or medal for St Joseph.

Possibly from the Philippines and the date 1770 prob does not indicate its year of minting but rather something to do with a centenary of St Joseph or something to do with Rome.

It was on the tip of my tongue and sure enough as soon as I posted the above I remembered 'Anting-Anting' - its a defaced, re-carved peso.

The above says its quite rare but not very old - have no idea if this makes it valuable or just an interesting curiosity.
