Does anyone know how many types of Mint-Marks were used for the 1952 S Jefferson nickel?

Here are pics of 3- 1952 S Jeffersons.

It looks like coin 1 and 3 might be the same, taking into consideration die wear etc, but coin 2 looks different to me.

No info on Variety Vista as to what was used in 1952- just an RPM for that year-.

Opinions welcomed!

Those all appear to be the same to me - with differing depth of punch, differing wear, and differing damage.
