I came across this 1945 no mint Wheat penny with a die crack on the reverse side. I think it is a die crack.
If not, please correct me.

It could also be a small lamination looking at the N.

I do not understand the NEAT penny. Yes it is a Wheat cent. I do not see error or variety here.
