Yes this is all circulation damage. A die clash would generally show up on the flat field rather than the inscriptions or other design elements.

Closer photos would help us see exactly what's going on with the B. Overall I agree, post mint damage.

Coins banging into each other don't make them clashed. It is dies clashing together (without a planchet between them) that creates a clashed die coin. The pattern will look like an outline of the central devices:

These will look like the mirrored devices but slightly raised above the fields/design:

Note how the devices are raised above the fields and design areas? This is slight. But damage to a coin will be incuse marks, not raised above the fields/design on these coins.

1973-D-Penny--Possibly-A-Die-Clash
1973-D-Penny--Possibly-A-Die-Clash
1973-D-Penny--Possibly-A-Die-Clash
These will remain on the dies until they are polished off of the dies. This reduction alters the height of the devices/design on the die, affecting the coins struck with these dies. The damage affects both dies.

CoopHome: [red]What is a die clash?[/red When the die clash together without a planchet between them, the devices alter both dies designs. Usually around more of the central area of the designs. These are die events that happen to the dies.
