Its value in this condition is less than 50 cents.

I am not good at grading, but I am thinking AU-50 at best.

It's likely a mid-AU coin worth a few cents. Not even close to being a candidate for TPG - that route would cost you minimum $20 to $30.

however it is in decent shape for being in circulation for almost 60 years

too much glare though. dont use overhead lighting when photographing

just as a side note. if you ever are considering having a coin graded you have a better chance hitting the mega million lottery than you do finding a coin in circulation that should be graded. the fees to grade a coin make it unrealistic to submit any coins with a value less than $150.
