Wondering if these are error coins. Both pennies are Philadelphia mint and the same year 2017. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Looks like you will need to work on taking better photos. The better the photos you post the better we can help you. What are you using to take pics?
As of now your coins look like PMD not errors.

@jill, first welcome to CCF. Second, in both cases, the reverse has had extra heavy wear which has partially removed the copper plating so that you can see the underlying zinc core. You can spend them.

They are damaged and worn coins. Just spend them.
