1983 d Lincoln Memorial cent with something on jacket. It looks authentic enough but idk if it is or what it could be. Any help would be appreciated. 1983-D-Lincoln-Memorial-Error-On-Jacket

Hard to see jacket with all the printing on it.
Exactly where do you see something.

If you are referring to the blub under the V of OBVERSE, it is a plating blister,air bubble.

The mint mark may have a smallish 'blob' as well.

Exposed gray color is the zinc underneath the plating. Coin is not damaged and will begin to rot away.
