If you have 10 coins worth grading, you could politely ask ANACS if they would apply their monthly special to Canadian coins and wait for the next special (it's currently only US Silver Eagles for Feb.). It worked for me - it was10 US coins for $169 in December 2022 and they let me use it on Canadian. Especially since you're in the US that's what I would do. They are at a lot of smaller coin shows where you can submit in person.

I'm curious where "Anacs has upgraded their grading capabilities with Canadian coins" comes from. Certainly from my limited recent experience they were conservative. Some were 1-2 points lower than I expected, most were spot on, and not one was overgraded. With mine I knew that none of them had ever been cleaned though, and with yours it seems like more of a gamble.

I know it's a gamble, however, it will give me a grade and at least I will know there conditions.
