Would this be rare to find a blank penny stamped on both sides

The arc on the obverse is the same as a cent coin. another coin could have been lightly pressed on this one, moving some metal around.

Whatever caused it, it is PMD.
That could not happen when the coin was minted.
Also how can it be blank if it is stamped.

with JimmyD. Post mint damage. And I was thinking the same thing, aren't all coins blanks to start with?

The impression is in the same spot if you matched them together back to back so it could have been 2 coins that caused the impressions. I thought they were in different positions but I am wrong? Right
