The mark on the field and bust area looks like it took a hit (incuse mark). But probably not from another coin. They would be larger than that and those would be bag marks. If it were a struck through, the line would be continuous. Note how the area next to the bust is not affected? If it were a struck through on that area, it wouldn't stop on that area. Note it is continues?
