I need help with another one. Something appears to be going on, on the obverse. It took me a few tries to get good pictures, so I hope they're clear.

The ring you are seeing is called a Ridge Ring, which is caused by a tired die.

I was looking at the letters. Especially the words "God" and "We" and also the date.

These are just part of the die aging process. Not a premium for these at all. These are die events. Part of the aging process. When you see these and your eye know that they are, you can move on to the next coin as there is not a premium for these.

a Ridge Ring is caused by a worn die - the apparent doubling of some of the devices are caused by the same wear of the die.
