Local on the 1988 d sent why is it yellow yellowish green did it come from the mint that way probably not but I'll check what caused it

Cannot tell true colour from these photos. Most likely environmental toning/staining/discolouration. Not a mint error, nothing in the minting process could cause this.

Yes, exposure to environmental agent(s) caused the copper plating to tone. Copper is a highly reactive metal and can tone in a variety of ways

so the blanks wont be a a different color at the mint this is hard to get pictures with this microscope thing the whole coin is yellowish green color the whole coin is

When the blanks leave the mint, they are all the same bright copper colour.
