Luster doesn't look strong in these images but there is no apparent friction or luster disruption in the fields. So, probably MS. Lack of significant contact marks and a good strike supports a 64 grade.

I think this one makes MS-65. There is a minor mark under the eye and on the neck, scuff on chin. '03s don't come flashy.
