dsking Pillar of the Community United States 2365 Posts	Posted 02/18/2023 3:24 pm In answer to your question, PCGS and NGC will downgrade a coin depending upon the amount, size and so forth of the milk spots. They consider that it does take away from the appeal of the coins although, it is a natural occurrence of the minting process from the Planchet forward. It happens more often on Silver coins.
