I'm new to coins from this part of the world.
Your thoughts on grading would be appreciated.

VG-8. I think a bath in pure Acetone would help this one.

Thanks for your grades on this and the other 5 coins, much appreciated.
I had this one earmarked for a gentle restoration from the start so here is the outcome.
An acetone bath, a soft pick with a soaked bamboo needle and a coat of Verdicare. Then two days out in the elements. I'm happy with the outcome, a marked improvement on the grotty original. It's still a VG-8, but no longer cringeworthy. A proud addition to my Channel Islands group.
I also found it interesting that the 8 doubles and 4 doubles have variable orientation. An enjoyable coin type.
