I have quarter 1776 with 1976 lower edge missing I'm interested can someone can estimate him?

I see on front upper side look like duble print od edge

First, coins are not printed, they are struck or minted.
Second, the double rim is caused by the Misaligned Die.

@alex, first welcome to CCF. Second, normally we tell folks that parts of the design have to be falling off the edge in order to add numismatic value. Yours doesn't, but for sure you could keep it until an even better example comes along.
