Here I want to confirm before I buy this 2004 S Silver Proof Kennedy half dollar.
Seller offer this for $ 66.00

What I saw here is the obverse and reverse showing doubled/tripled.

What I want to know is it common for the proof strike coin? Having doubled/tripled?

I think what you're seeing is reflection from the slab

Ahh, ok, hopefully you can get the seller to provide better images, the ones you have so far are questionable at best.

I suspect that the "doubling and tripling" are reflections - one from the slab surface, and the 3rd from the slab back to the mirror surface of the coin.

If at a different angle, the reflection goes away, then it could be the angle the image was taken.
