This was taken with a warmer light than the 1928, very much a bright lustrous quarter.

Not less than AU-58, perhaps MS-63.

My first thought was 63 or 64 as well. That being said the pictures are very bright which could be hiding some flaws, like subtle wear. The rim damage at 11-12 o'clock on the obverse might cause an issue with TPG grading as well.

MS64 anyway. A few little dings but no evidence of circulation that I can see.
