I thought it was a great coin roll hunting find in which I have never found. First, from the "In" in "In God We Trust." Second strike, a side view from the obverse, not near the first. Third, on the reverse lower left. Possible fourth on the obverse, but had to take a break from looking. All three locations are incuse. The plating bubbles I have not attempted to depress, however look like an unusual appearance (odd roundness) than what I normally see. Thoughts are very much appreciated. Apologies for the messy pic editing. Hands are shaky today. Thank you for looking.

My first thought is struck through a small cotter pin?

Note the rim is reduced. It is plating that is peeling from the edge of the coin. Just post strike damage, regardless of how it happened. It wasn't struck that way.

That looks raised, a Struck Through would be incuse.
Coop is right, you can see where the end is still attached to the rim.

I will have to disagree with the interesting prognosis. All the marks are incuse (impressions), below the device fields especially on "In". I see no peeling. It will be fun to cast this. Thank you everyone with your input. I appreciate it.

nice incuse mark - a cotter pin? huh! quite possible a very small one. either that or a thin wire that looped back on itself.
