Since I'm learning still. Would I be right saying the Observe has a Double Die on Year and Mint Mark?

Based on this picture, which is hard to see true detail, it is only die wear. I'm sure others will expand on this for you. Here is one I just pulled. Hope this helps.

Correct term would be doubled die not double die. Not seeing it with provided photo.

Keep in mind that there are hardly any DDO's on post 1972 dimes.

But on the reverses there are some on the post 1999 dimes, but you need to look to see what they look like.

Because you are looking in the locations of these single squeeze dies. So look at each year of the post 1999 dimes to see where to find these DDR's as they are closer the centers of the dimes. (If you do this, then your eyes will be trained, and you will no longer look in the wrong areas where they don't happen on these single squeeze dies. (so save your eyes on this series)
