I just got this great coin in a trade with BadThad--thanks!
From what I gather, this is the 1961D-1MM-038--right?

Here's a few pics (the best I could do, sorry!)
Since the RPM is southeast of the mm, what is the white arrow--a die gouge?

Here's another shot from my QX5 at 200X, which shows a little remaining vertical stroke inside the mm:
