Have recently been gifted stamps & postcards. Most people take the value of coins for granted. I'd like to learn the hidden secrets which make some more valuable than meets the eye. I have always been interested in old, even ancient things - several times I was a member of archaeological expeditions (in Kyrgyzstan, the Mesolithic period). In addition to the Paleolithic, I'm interested in new history and things related to it. I'm just learning to understand the value of such things, but coins really fascinate me.
