I got this dime in my change today. Can anybody tell me what type of Error it has and if it has any value?

Environmental toning/staining/and/or chemical discolouration. no mint error, just post mint damage. Probably a metal detector find.

Spent sometime out doors. This residue affect the color. Note the area on the rims where the color is coming back, when the residue is peel off of the coin. A missing clad would be red, not brown.

The color will always stay that color as the cladding is missing. On your coin, it will eventully turn back a dull gray color:
