I see this was in a group of 10.) So the separation of the design from the rim near NIA is the result of being struck "out of collar" correct? (And not struck twice or MD) Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow. And yes, just off center without any double strikes or other funny business going on that I can see. Suppose I should also note that the coin really is a keeper coin, I just already have a few State Quarter off centers in my collection and since they aren't what I primarily collect I just don't need more of them so things get sold off.
