That's glue, soak it in acetone and it will go away.

Nope soaking it didn't work, it appears to be part of the metal itself,soaed in aceetone it by itself for almost 2 days now and no luck

That yellow stuff looks like construction adhesive. That stuff is tough as nails. PL500. They use it in many applications. Hard as a rock. Acetone is not taking that off. My guess is there were other coins that were stuck to each other and the PL500 caused the columns on Lincolns neck. You can see the odd oblong shadowing shape of the glue on his head that looks similar to the glue on the reverse. Coins that were stuck together, Final Answer, Alex.

Acetone won't dissolve everything, regardless, it is just some foreign substance on the coin.
