Forgot where I found this and originally thought it was a fake because it looked so bad but I noticed one like it online and thought I would see if anyone could confirm its an error

A pic of the reverse please, that will help this discussion along. I think that is a nice error. Some nice leakage of the metal flow from those four letters. I've not seen similar like that arrangement, but I should get out more on a Saturday night!

Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling normally see this on the lesser know foreign coins. I am far from an expert on this but So many coins I thought were doubled die strikes always ended up being Mechanical Doubling so I am pretty sure this is a bit of both :)

I'm having issues taking photos only have very small and dark area to do it in any Ideas on how to get better lighting on the coin
