Pretty crappy pics and roughed up coins. I definitely can see the double die in Liberty on the 64 P in a handheld loupe at 20x, the 64 D Liberty looks more like MD, thoughts? I really need to get a better setup.. again these are in rough condition.

A little clearer on the 64 P. Again these coins are pretty beat up.

It's the same year, doesn't that count?

To compare with it is OK. But what happens is when there are are two coins, the view becomes: "which coin am I looking at?" But the first image shows both coins. That is OK. If using a different year, I usually add in letters on the image, what year/mint that that coin image is in the image. That is a way to address that issue, before posting. But I can't seen any Machine Doubling from the images provided. (Possibly the images fault) There can be issues like one coin was showing normal devices with circulation flattening. (making it appear to be wider) And the second coin would have been polished, making the devices shorter in height and because of the reduced fields. Different years can have different issues because of the dies/coin wear, so these issues should be considered when your looking at coins. (just showing my cards, so you don't have to guess what I'm thinking. Information gets processed from what I've learned in the past and how it all connects. Terrible poker player though. Thus I stay out of the game)

Thanks for the explanation @coop & @merclover point understood. PS: @coop I'm terrible at poker too. Good write up on why it's important to post only one coin.
