The rim doesn't look specimen to me.

It would be a PL65, the first proof coins issued where in 1981

Looks like a specimen coin from the
1967 Gold set that was spent .

Seems like PL58 (or SP58?) to me. The fields indicate circulation.

I agree with Pacificoin, looks like a nickel from the gold coin set.
Beat up impaired specimen, any numerical grade is meaningless, this coin is now a face value item.
It is a cool keeper though, a rare find in circulation.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It's tough to see everything on a 2 dimensional screen. The rim should be sharply raised
