Well did a lot of reading here and like it, so I signed up. I am not an expert, more a casual collector that started 1999 with a silver eagle and that is what I collected for some years. The SE is kind of boring and for a will is stopped; along came the State Quarters and I got back in to it. Eash quarter tells a story of its own. The next face (current) is old coins and it started with a metal detector and finding some large pennies and Mercury dimes around our old old barn. This also was fueled by my mother-in-law giving me a old baking soda can full with coins. Mostly Peace and Morgan dollars and halfs. The prize was a 2-1/2 dollar gold piece. So, nice to meeting you all, SJ Silber from eastern PA
