1964 Proof One Cent Doubled Die Obverse / DDO . Help Confirm

I just don't see pictures of the doubling for this variety. Some of the 64 DDO photos I see there look kind of similar on the date for instance, and I may see something on IGWT on your coin, but I am just not seeing anything to compare it to. Jfeed, do you have the listing with images on a disc from Wexler? The attached detailed photos were taken today and the full view were taken yesterday on my phone. Second, I admit I am no expert, but my time on CCF has talk me to research and learn!!! All of the following information was taken from the internet or emails. John Wexler was in the process of completing the attributions and photos on all 1963 and 1964 DDO / DDR one cent coins when he retired due to illness. Dr. Daniel Griffin has taken over the work and will hopefully complete the process soon. All I can do at this point is ask that you review the photos and offer your opinion..As a side note, some consider the 1964 proof one cent coins as being one of the rare DDO and DDR one cent coins..
