Larger (and sharp) pics would help towards providing a more accurate assessment. Might fall in the VF35-XF45+ range...maybe.

Is that a good grading range for a coin? Would a coin be worth anything in that grade range?

No. This coin is a .05 to .10 cent coin. There are millions of them still in the uncirculated and above range.
