No, I'm NOT talking about the PMD. I'm referring to the extra thickness of Abe. He is clearly thicker than the rest of the coin than normal and nearly as thick as the Rim. And Abe is thicker than any other Coin he hangs out on.

@new, I'm hoping to clarify a couple things with you. First, do you mean the seated Abe on the rev or the portrait of Abe on the obverse? Also, when you say thicker, are you describing a situation when he is more proud than normal (i.e. sticks up out of the screen)? Thx.

@Spence, sorry, yes the observe. His bust is thicker than usual even with the PMD, it's as thick as the rim and collar.

@coop I agree. But if what causes the bust to be thicker than normal and nearly as thick as the Rim and collar?
