Very harshly cleaned AU details

I'll say AU/Unc details (cleaned) if even genuine. Odd surface texture.

photos way overexposed. looks like the photo was played with. try this
1. if coin is in holder remove coin from holder if possible 2. turn off flash 3. place coin on flat surface with indirect natural light. maybe a window sill in a cloudy day. Use a black or white background to avoid any reflective color 4. move phone about 3in from coin 5. zoom in using your fingers until the coin comes into focus and fills the camera. if your phone has a portrait selection use that and then press and hold on the coin in the view finder to AF lock it 6. hold phone steady. if you cant then place something on either side of the coin (like books) at that distance and lay phone between them. this will hold it steady and allow you to zoom and take the photo without any blurring

Better photos with less lighting. Can't grade from these.

looks like au sharpness. lousy pics too. looks like knob on ear variety which would add to value.

I took the first pictures in full sun. Here are ones with minimal additional lighting. Thanks for the feedback so far! Regards Eric

Looking at the hair detail above the ear and on the top of the head I believe this is a modern Chinese counterfeit.

Still doesn't look right to me, I think GoldEagle may be right about it being counterfeit.

if the coin in hand looks like your new photos I agree it would be a counterfeit. theres no way a LC looks like that

From what I can see, it's not something I'd want to own, genuine or not.

There's something that's just not right with this coin. It could be that the photos are overexposed but, I'm not liking what I see.
Why would a raw coin in what looks like MS condition NOT be professionally graded at this point?
Weights, measurements? Something is just not right.
At this point, I'm thinking Counterfeit. It should have atleast some browning to it at this point, even if it's been polished...especially in it's raw form. There's not even a hint of BN.
