1993 D Penny Multiple Errors

There is multiple things going on with this coin, but for now I am just pointing out 2 of the possible errors. First one the "OF" on reverse side is missing and second error is an extra column to the right of the building also on the reverse side. Please let me know what you think and thank you for your time. I zoomed in closer to the possible errors, I hope they are not to blurry.

The "of" is just grease on the die when struck, very common. The pillar looks like MD but your picture is a bit blurry to confirm it.

the 'States of A' are weaker because of the Profile of Lincoln's bust taking up too much material and as a result, the reverse cannot properly strike up.
On the Memorial, this could be MD or just plating bubbles.
