I have a 2$ circulated bill that has a smear on the right side and a ink bleed through on the right side, from the back side. The bleed through is more noticeable in white area from just below the 2 and down to the bottom 2. It doesn't show too well in the picture unless you open it some especially since the picture is lower quality. What do you guys think it is worth?

to the Forum, Midasnomuffler. Unfortunately, there is very little numismatic premium associated with this type of ink stain. Worth about $2.

Welcome to CCF.
Your note has some circulation and the smear is relatively minor. If you think it's cool, by all means, keep it. Personally and respectfully, I wouldn't think twice about spending it.

Thanks guys, I have had it for awhile and plan to keep it anyway, just because it is odd.
