This may be my favorite coin in my collection. This half dollar has been passed down through my family as was supposedly taken out of circulation. Not my highest value coin but certainly the most sentimental. This was previously shown in http://goccf.com/t/380752, however not properly attributed.

45 with exceptional eye appeal.

I'll say that PCGS graded it XF-40. I would personally put it at XF-45 if I were grading it.

This one was PCGS XF-40. That is what I was expecting. I thought it may have a chance at 45, but so be it.
